Announcements:

 - The cumulative exam will be given in class on Monday, November 23 and will cover all the material in the class.  You may prepare a formula sheet to use on the exam.  The formula sheet can be one sheet of paper no bigger than 8.5" by 11", and you can put any formulas, example problems, or any other material on this sheet that you would like to use on the exam.  You will also be given the tables for the Z-distribution and the t-distribution, and you can use a scientific calculator.  You may find it useful to review this list of material that may be on the exam.

Old Announcements:

 - Exam 2 will be given on Friday, October 9 in class and will cover the material in Chapter 3 and the material in Chapter 2 about continuous random variables.  You may use a scientific calculator.  No graphing/programmable calculators will be permitted, and you may not use any notes or books during the exam.
 - Exam 3 will be given on Friday, November 6 in class and will cover the material in Sections 4.1, 4.2, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 7.1, 7.2, and 7.3.  You may use a scientific calculator.  No graphing/programmable calculators will be permitted, and you may not use any notes or books during the exam.
