View and Print pdf files

In order to make a .PDF (the kind of file that Adobe Readert uses) viewable, here are a few simple steps.

  1. If you want to view a PDF (Adobe Reader) file online, just click on the link for the file you want to view.
  2. Once the file has opened in your browser window, it may or may not be at 100% viewing size. Locate the small box in the button bar at the top of the screen that has a percentage value in it. (I.E., 50%, 100%, 133%, etc.) The box should be toward the middle of the button bar.
  3. There is a little downward arrow to the right of the box, click once on it and you will see a list of different percentage values.
  4. Select the size that is easiest for you to read. 100% is typically the best choice. If you have trouble reading, just select a larger percentage value to see larger text.

To print the image, follow these steps.

  1. In the button bar above the document, there is a small button that looks like a printer. It's located close to the left end of the bar. Click on it.
  2. You will be presented with a selection box that contains typical printing options. Make sure you have selected the printer you wish to use, and then click print. That's it!
