Announcements:

  - You may wish to use this spreadsheet to help you calculate your grade: Grade Computation Spreadsheet.  (Note that you must input your scores as decimals to make this work. That is, an exam score of 85 should be input as .85).
  - The final exam will be given on Friday, May 3 from 1:00 to 2:50 in the normal lecture room.  You may use a scientific calculator, and you will be given a list of trig identities.  To help you study for the exam, you may find it useful to review this list of practice problems, and this list of exam material

If you have never used WebAssign before and would like to, let me know.  If you have any issues getting into the course, let me know.   
- The quiz on the values of sin, cos, and tan for the three special angles will be given on Friday.  No calculators will be permitted.
- Exam 1 will be given on Wednesday, February 6.  It will cover material on Sections 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.4, and 6.5.  You may bring and use a scientific calculator.  No graphing or programmable calculators will be allowed. 
- Exam 2 will be given on Friday, March 8.  It will cover material from Sections 5.5, 5.6, 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4, and 7.5.
  - As a reminder, the deadline to drop the class with a "W" is Friday, March 22.  To get a sense of where you stand in the class, you may wish to use this spreadsheet to help you calculate your grade: Grade Computation Spreadsheet.  (Note that you must input your scores as decimals to make this work.
