Unforgivable Math Errors

Announcements:
  - The final exam will be given on Monday, May 1 from 10:00-11:50 am in the usual lecture room.  It will cover material from the entire course.  You may prepare and bring one 8.5" by 11" sheet of paper with any formulas, problems, or any other information you would like to use on the exam.  You can use both front and back of this sheet.  Additionally, you may use a scientific calculator.  To help you study for the exam, you may wish to review this list of exam material and this list of practice problems.


Homework Assignments:
(All homework will be completed online via MyOpenMath.com.)

Old Announcements:
 - Exam 1 will be given on Wednesday, February 1.  It will cover material from Sections 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, and 3.4.  You may bring and use a scientific calculator, but no graphing calculators will be allowed.
- Exam 2 will be given on Wednesday, February 22.  It will cover material from Sections 3.6, 2.4, 4.3, 4.4, and 5.1.  You may bring and use a scientific calculator, but no graphing calculators will be allowed.
  - Exam 3 will be given on Friday, March 24.  It will cover material from Sections 3.7, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 5.5, and 5.6.  You may bring and use a scientific calculator, but no graphing calculators will be allowed.
  - Exam 4 will be given on Wednesday, April 12.  It will cover material from Sections 6.1, 6.2, 6.3, and 6.4.  You may bring and use a scientific calculator, but no graphing calculators will be allowed.
