- Exam 1 will be given in class on Wednesday,
September 10 and will cover material from Sections 2.2, 2.3, 2.4,
3.1, and 3.2. You may bring and use a scientific calculator,
but no notes, books, or graphing calculators will be
allowed. To help you prepare, I will have extra office hours
in the library on Tuesday, September 9 from 3:00-4:30pm, so you
should feel free to stop by and ask questions to aid your review.
- Exam 2 will be given in class on Friday, September 26 and
will cover material from Sections 3.3, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8, and
3.9. You may bring and use a scientific calculator, but no notes,
books, or graphing calculators will be allowed. To help you
prepare, I will have extra office hours in the library on
Thursday, September 25 from 3:30-5:00pm, so you should feel free
to stop by and ask questions to aid your review.
- Exam 3 will be given in class on Friday, October 24 and
will cover material from Sections 3.4, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5,
4.6, 4.7, and 4.8. You may bring and use a scientific calculator,
but no notes, books, or graphing calculators will be allowed. To
help you prepare, I will have extra office hours in the library on
Thursday, October 23 from 3:30-5:00pm, so you should feel free to
stop by and ask questions to aid your review.
- Exam 4 will be given in class on Friday, November 14, and
will cover material from Sections 4.10, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4, 5.5,
and 5.6. No notes, books, or graphing calculators will be
allowed, but you may bring and use a scientific calculator.
