I am an Associate Professor of Spanish and Linguistics in the Department of World Languages, Literatures and Linguistics at West Virginia University.

My main interests are phonetics, phonology and sociolinguistics and the focus of my current research concerns aspects of Spanish prosody in different dialects, in language contact situations and in bilinguals.
